Welcome! You clicked on the curious button. Looks like you’re an inquisitive person. curious is home to my blog and a collection of resources related to the topics I write about. For the immediate future, the content will likely center on my dissertation research topic: work-related performance feedback. I named this section of my website curious for a few reasons including those outlined below.
I describe the writing here as a conversation with myself. I don’t expect an audience. I don’t think I’m looking for one; but then, who writes a blog if they don’t expect anyone to read it? A blog to oneself is a diary. It’s not my intent to produce a daily record of my life experiences and if it were, I certainly wouldn’t publish it for everyone to read. Who knows where this is going. It all seems intriguing and a bit odd. I am curious to see how it all evolves
Ostensibly this blog is about workplace feedback and related topics, but I can see myself straying. I am easily distracted. I am always chasing after pieces of an idea, random questions, bits of trivia. I can imagine that this blog might be a place, like a curio cabinet, to store, arrange, and display my latest passion.
Finally, this blog asks a question, “Are you curious?” Are you willing to escape with me down the rabbit hole? In homage to Alice, things just keep getting “curiouser and curiouser.”
